The official description saved on August 10, 2026 said rarity typically indicated how complicated a tower was to use. That sentence is absent from the October 1 description, so treat it as historical context rather than a current rule.

Compare actions you can manage

Read each tower’s current in-game information. Consider what you must activate or monitor and whether you can manage those actions while watching the path. Pick a tower you want to learn, then observe it in the encounters you actually face.

Use the encounter to guide your next choice

If a run ends at a particular enemy interaction, review that moment before changing your loadout. A rarity label alone does not establish that another tower will solve the problem; compare the current descriptions and try one change at a time.
